### Do you charge per user?

No, never. Every plan includes unlimited members. Plans are flat per workspace.

### What counts as a tool call?

One request from an agent or client through an Elva-hosted MCP server. MCP Playground calls don't count.

### What happens if I hit my tool call limit?

Free plans pause until next month. Paid plans continue with metered overage at $10 per 10,000 calls.

### What happens to my catalog if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted. Your catalog becomes read-only beyond your plan's limits.

### Can I self-host?

Enterprise plans can run Elva in a private cloud or on-prem, including self-hosted MCP servers.

### Is there a trial?
